Finely chop the onion and sauté it in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add tomatoes and sour cream. Season with thyme, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and place in a warm spot.

- Tomato puree: 50 g
- Sour cream: 100 g

Boil the pasta and drain it in a colander. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, chop into small pieces, and sauté for 4 minutes in the remaining oil. Add to the pasta. Set aside a few basil leaves and chop the rest to mix with the pasta. Serve with the previously prepared sauce, sprinkled with cheese and garnished with basil.
