Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add salmon 6 minutes before it's done. Drain the water.
- Penne pasta: 350 g
- Salmon: 350 g

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet. Lightly fry the nuts. Add the bell pepper and sauté until soft. Add the mushrooms and sauté them briefly.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Pine nuts: 2 tablespoons
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
