Pasta with sausages and Parmesan cheese is a combination of simplicity and sophistication that can win the heart of any gourmet. Although the dish has French roots, it could easily be part of a cozy Italian dinner. Tender Italian sausages are fried to a golden color, infusing the sauce with a rich meaty aroma. White wine adds a slight acidity, while blue cheese and cream create a velvety texture for the sauce. Oregano adds freshness, and Parmesan completes the composition with an expressive salty flavor. Served hot, with a subtle aroma of spices and cheese, this dish is perfect for a warm family dinner or a romantic evening. It comforts, warms, and delights everyone who tries it.

1
Cut the sausages. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages until golden brown over medium heat.
- Italian sausages: 200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons
2
Cook the pasta until al dente. Save 1/2 cup of the liquid in which the pasta was cooked.
- Penne pasta: 250 g
3
Pour wine into the pan with fried sausages and cook until 1/4 of the liquid evaporates. Then add blue cheese and oregano, pour in cream and cook until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts. Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and mix. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with the liquid used for cooking pasta. Serve the finished pasta on plates, sprinkle with cheese, season with pepper and serve. Enjoy your meal!
