Pizza "Diavolo"

The 'Diavolo' pizza embodies the Italian passion for rich flavors and spicy notes. The name 'Diavolo', meaning 'devil', hints at its fiery nature due to the chili sauce. The thin rye dough gains airiness from yeast and olive oil, while the tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes, onions, and basil adds richness. Key ingredients like mozzarella, boiled-smoked beef, and gorgonzola cheese create a harmony of creamy softness and salty aftertaste. This pizza is an ideal choice for lovers of spicy and rich flavors, and its simplicity in preparation makes it accessible even at home.
