Dough: mix 1 g of yeast, 5 g of olive oil, 150 g of flour, and 50 ml of water. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease your hands with oil.
- Dry yeast: 1 g
- Rye sifted flour: 150 g

Roll out the dough on a well-floured surface.

Grate the cheese, chop 1.5 bunches of basil, cut the mozzarella, peel and coarsely chop the tomatoes, separate the yolks from the whites.
- Basil: 2 bunchs
- Mozzarella cheese: 100 g
- Tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Prepare the sauce: mix tomatoes, pepper, and a third of the chopped basil. Spread the sauce on top of the dough. Add grated cheese.

- Grated Parmesan cheese: 100 g

Place mozzarella and the remaining chopped basil on the dough, then drizzle with Tabasco sauce. Brush the edges of the pizza with egg yolk.

Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and leave it there until a golden crust appears - about 20 minutes.

Tear the remaining basil and arugula. Sprinkle them on the pizza before serving.
