Homemade Pasta

Homemade pasta is a true masterpiece of Italian cuisine, providing a sense of comfort and traditional flavor. The combination of wheat flour, fresh eggs, and a drop of olive oil transforms into elastic, silky dough that achieves the perfect texture after rolling out. The cooking process itself is not just culinary practice but a special ritual passed down through generations in Italian families. Freshly made pasta absorbs sauces better than store-bought, making each dish rich and deep in flavor. It can be used to create classic Italian recipes—from pasta with tomato sauce to refined carbonara. It's not just food; it's a connection to Italy's history and culture that brings pleasure with every bite.

1
To make pasta, you will need a food processor or blender. Load all the ingredients into the blender and mix until the mixture forms a ball (the amount of water used depends on the size of the eggs and the moisture of the flour).
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 4 tablespoons

After completing the first step, take the dough out of the blender, wrap it in plastic wrap, and set it aside for about an hour.

Then remove the film, roll out the dough, and cut it into long strips (you can use a pasta machine for the last step). Your pasta is ready!
