In the first step, cook the noodles in a pot according to the package instructions; drain the water. Combine the next 5 ingredients from the list in a bowl and mix well with the noodles (you can mix by hand, in which case wear gloves).
- Linguine Pasta: 450 g
- Soy sauce: 0.5 glass
- Dark sesame oil: 0.3 glass
- Rice vinegar: 0.1 glass
- Grated ginger: 4 tablespoons
- Ground cayenne pepper: 0.3 teaspoon

Then add sesame seeds and most of the chopped green onions to the mixture.

- Green onions: 0.5 bunch

Let it cool for 30 minutes before serving, stirring occasionally during this time. You can garnish the dish with the remaining green onions when serving.
