Orzo Pasta

40 minutes
Orzo pasta is an amazing combination of simplicity and rich flavor, inspired by Asian culinary traditions. Although Orzo is more associated with Italian dishes, its use in this recipe highlights the ingredient's versatility. The dish surprises with the harmony of sweet carrots, aromatic garlic and ginger, along with the deep richness of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Mushrooms add juiciness while cabbage provides freshness. A special finishing touch is the parmesan that adds savory notes. It works well as a standalone dish or a side for meat and fish. It's an ideal option for those wanting to try something new while keeping the cozy and homey character of food.
