Spaghetti with shellfish is a true embodiment of marine freshness, elegance, and Italian gastronomic tradition. This recipe originated in the coastal regions of Italy where fishermen used fresh shellfish just harvested from the sea depths. The aroma of garlic, olive oil, and white wine gently unveils the flavor of seafood, creating a refined yet rich dish. The light spiciness of red pepper adds liveliness while parsley brings freshness.
