    Place the pasta in a large pot, cover with warm water so that it is submerged by 5 cm, add salt and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. After boiling, continue cooking for about 6 minutes until the pasta is soft. Drain the water.

    Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large pot over medium heat until melted. Add the flour and continue cooking, stirring, until the mixture turns golden. If the desired consistency is achieved, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
