Pasta with herbs and lemon is a light and refreshing dish of Italian cuisine that combines tender pasta, the brightness of lemon juice, and the aroma of fresh basil. Historically, such dishes originated in Mediterranean regions where fresh herbs and citrus are key ingredients of local gastronomy. This recipe stands out for its simplicity and harmony of flavors: creamy cheese adds tenderness while lemon refreshes, creating a perfect balance.
