Gluten Free Quinoa Pizza

2 servings

40 minutes

Gluten-free quinoa pizza is a modern take on classic Italian baking designed for those seeking healthy eating. Quinoa, known for its nutritional properties and lightness, replaces traditional dough here, creating an unusual yet surprisingly tasty crust with light nutty notes. The pizza retains its crispy crust and rich aroma complemented by tomato sauce, aromatic herbs, mushrooms, Parma ham, and tender mozzarella. Its flavor is a harmony of tenderness and richness while the texture allows enjoyment of each bite without heaviness. An ideal option for those wanting to combine Italian traditions with modern gastronomic philosophy without compromising taste and quality.

    2. Water0.3 glass
