Finely chop the parsley. Slice the garlic thinly.
- Parsley: 0.5 bunch
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Boil the pasta in salted water (about 10 minutes). Drain, leaving 100 ml of the cooking water and set aside.
- Spaghetti: 125 g

Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic for 1-3 minutes. Add pasta cooking water.
