We wash the greens, trim the tough stems. We blend everything in a blender.
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Dill: 1 bunch

Add cottage cheese to the greens and mix everything together until it reaches the consistency of cottage cheese cream.
- Cottage cheese 9%: 400 g

We put everything in a bowl and add an egg. We mix it.

Next, add melted cream cheese (you can choose any to your taste) and then season with spices to taste.

Roast pine nuts for 2-3 minutes in a hot pan (without oil!).

We send them into the cottage cheese mixture and mix.

Cook the pasta (you can use lasagna sheets – they are easier to roll) until 'al dente'. It's important that the pasta can be rolled but doesn't break.

Take the mold and grease it with olive oil.
- Olive oil: 50 ml

On warm, but not hot pasta, we place our filling and roll it into a tube – we put the finished one in the baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

We fill the ready tubes with cream and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
- Cream 30%: 300 ml
- Cheese: 100 g
