Pasta with wild garlic is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the freshness of greens and the rich flavor of Parmesan cheese. Wild garlic, known for its spicy garlic notes, pairs perfectly with pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes, creating a harmony of flavors. The history of this pasta dates back to spring traditions when wild garlic appears in markets and becomes the main ingredient in seasonal dishes. Its light yet rich taste makes it an excellent choice for a dinner that offers pleasure without heaviness. It is served hot with tender spaghetti soaked in fragrant olive oil, and the finishing touch is a generous portion of Parmesan that adds depth and richness. This dish is not only delicious but also healthy due to the vitamins and microelements found in wild garlic.

- Wild garlic: 1 bunch
3
Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 30 g
4
Fill 2/3 of a two-liter pot with water, cover it with a lid, and place it on maximum heat.
5
Squeeze the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

When the spaghetti is al dente, drain most of the water (leave a little at the bottom for moisture), add two tablespoons of olive oil and the prepared sauce.
