Pizza on a flatbread with minced chicken

Pizza on a chicken mince flatbread is an original and healthy version of the traditional Italian dish. Instead of the usual dough, tender chicken fillet serves as the base, giving the pizza lightness and rich flavor. Tomato paste made from fresh tomatoes adds sweet-sour notes, while herbs provide aroma and freshness. This recipe is perfect for those who watch their diet but don't want to give up pleasure. The pizza can be complemented with mushrooms, bell peppers, or cheese, experimenting with toppings. It pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables and light sauces. The dish is versatile: it can be served at a family dinner or prepared for guests, surprising them with an unconventional take on a beloved classic.

1
Make minced meat from chicken fillet, then add egg, garlic, onion. Blend with a blender.
- Chicken fillet: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
2
Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the dough onto the paper and shape it into a circle. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
3
Make a paste from 2 tomatoes (blend them). After 15 minutes, take out the crust, spread this paste on it (if it's not enough for the second pizza, you can take another tomato... mine were just very big).
- Tomatoes: 3 pieces

We slice the remaining tomato into circles... place it on top of our pizza, sprinkle with herbs, and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Tomatoes: 3 pieces
- Dill: to taste
- Parsley: to taste
- Green onions: to taste

And do the same with another part of our test. Idea: next time I prepare it, I will add more mushrooms) I think it will taste better)) because it's very sad with just tomatoes.... and I'm not really a fan of tomatoes when they're fried or baked.
