Pizza on lavash with mozzarella and spinach is a light yet flavorful version of an Italian dish adapted to Eastern traditions. The base made from Armenian lavash makes it airy and crispy, while the aromatic mix of tomatoes, garlic, and spices gives it a rich taste. Spinach and herbs add freshness and brightness, while melted mozzarella completes the composition with a creamy texture. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner or light snack and will also adorn a friendly gathering. The simplicity of preparation and the unusual combination of ingredients make it an ideal choice for those wanting to try something new without extra hassle.
