Pizza with mushrooms, sausage, and cheese is a classic of European cuisine that combines the rich flavor of smoked sausage, the tenderness of mushrooms, and the stretchiness of melted cheese. This recipe embodies the spirit of Italian tradition where thin dough made with olive oil serves as the perfect base for aromatic toppings. Sautéed mushrooms add a light forest note while melted cheese brings all ingredients together in a harmonious ensemble. Baked to a golden crust, this pizza is perfect for cozy home evenings or lively gatherings. Its taste is a balance between spiciness, creaminess, and richness, while its simplicity makes it accessible even for culinary beginners. Try this recipe to experience true gastronomic magic!

1
First, sift the flour well. Add baking powder and salt to the flour and mix. Now you need to add water and olive oil.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1.2 teaspoon
- Water: 100 ml
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
2
Next is the main work, knead the dough by hand for 6 minutes. From the resulting dough, we form a ball.
3
Now sprinkle the work surface with flour (if needed, my dough had a consistency that didn't require flour) roll the dough ball into a pizza crust. Make edges around the sides. Place the crust on the baking sheet.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
4
Now you can 'fill' the pizza with your favorite toppings. For me, it's diced sausage, finely chopped and sautéed mushrooms in butter, and grated cheese.
- Smoked sausage: to taste
- Fresh champignons: 4 pieces

When everything is ready, we bake at high temperature until done.
