Pasta in foil with shrimp and dry white wine is a refined dish of European cuisine that embodies the harmony of freshness and rich flavor. Historically, such cooking methods trace back to Mediterranean traditions where seafood is combined with aromatic herbs and wine. Tender royal shrimp soak in a rich tomato sauce with garlic, chili, and basil, creating a rich palette of flavor nuances. Baking in foil preserves the juiciness of the ingredients while hard cheese adds spiciness and softness to the texture. Dry white wine gives the dish a refined acidity and depth of aroma. Served hot and garnished with herbs, it perfectly complements a romantic dinner or an exquisite family lunch. The taste is balanced with notes of seafood, spices, and a hint of wine sophistication.

1
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a thick-bottomed pan, lightly sauté the finely chopped garlic and chili pepper.
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Chili pepper: 1 teaspoon
2
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, chop them coarsely, and add to the pan. Season with pepper, add salt, sugar, basil, and simmer.
- Tomatoes: 400 g
- Sea salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 0.5 teaspoon
- Dried basil: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste
3
Boil the pasta in salted water. It's better to cook it for a couple of minutes less than the time indicated on the package (since the dish will be baked in the oven later). Drain it, return it to the pot, and add the remaining olive oil, mixing thoroughly.
- Paste: 300 g
- Sea salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Prepare envelopes from double-layer foil (it's better to make them larger), put some paste in each, and top with 6-8 shrimp.
- Paste: 300 g
- Peeled king prawns: 500 g
5
Place the prepared tomato sauce in envelopes on top.
- Tomatoes: 400 g
6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, set aside 1/3, and spread 2/3 on top of the pasta with sauce.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
7
Pour 2 tablespoons of wine into each envelope.
- Dry white wine: 80 ml
8
Wrap the envelopes, sealing the edges with foil, place them on a baking tray, and send to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
9
Place each envelope on a plate, open it, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Serve garnished with greens.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
