To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and pour in 2 cups of flour (400 grams), then add the yeast dissolved in warm water. Knead the dough. During the kneading process, you can add flour until the dough stops sticking and becomes 'manageable'. Then form it into a ball, coat it with olive oil on all sides, place it in a bowl, cover it, and set it in a warm, draft-free place.
- Wheat flour: 400 g

From 200 grams of tomatoes, we make tomato sauce using a meat grinder or immersion blender. Then we add about 50 grams of grated Parmesan and 25 grams of grated mozzarella, pass 2 cloves of garlic through a garlic press, and add them with spices to the tomato. Thus, we have a sauce made from tomatoes, cheeses, and spices.
