Dissolve the yeast in 3 tablespoons of warm water. Sift the flour into a mound. Make a well in the center, add sugar and salt, then add the yeast and mix. Let it rise for 15 minutes. Add 100 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, knead the dough. Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot to rise for 1 hour.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and cut each in half. Wash the sweet pepper pods, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and slice the flesh into thin strips. Slice the mozzarella.
- Cherry tomatoes: 300 g
- Sweet pepper: 2 pieces
- Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza: 350 g

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Make 4 round dough bases and place them on a greased baking sheet. Brush each base with olive oil. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pizza with basil.
