Put the noodles in boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes.
- Soba noodles: 100 g

Cut the carrot, pepper, pea pods into thin 'sticks', and slice the mushrooms thinly.
- Carrot: 50 g

- Shiitake mushrooms: 50 g

Chop the garlic, onion, and cilantro.

In a wok, heat the oil and sauté the garlic for a minute, stirring constantly.
