Beat the eggs with salt in a small bowl.

Pour the kefir into a large bowl.

We add flour, I prefer to add it in parts to feel the consistency of the dough. In principle, a blender can be used to make the dough, but I prefer to knead this dough by hand.

We add olive oil to the dough.

We will mix the dough. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream - liquid, but at the same time it should be fluffy due to the reaction of kefir and soda.

Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil, pour in the quick kefir pizza dough, and place the tray in the oven at about 200 degrees. When the dough is browned, you can add the filling and bake until done.
