We boil the shrimp, let them cool, and clean them.
- Shrimps: 500 g

Marinate the shrimp with finely chopped garlic (3 cloves), pepper, salt, and the juice of 2 limes or small lemons.

Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to let the shrimp soak in.

We boil spaghetti, drain it in a colander, put it back in the pot, and drizzle with olive oil.

We make the sauce. Pour olive oil into the pan, sauté finely chopped garlic (5 cloves), and add finely chopped tomatoes, previously immersed in boiling water for a minute to remove the skin.
