Boil fusilli in salted water. Rinse. Dry in the oven.

We sauté the garlic over low heat.

Slightly fry (for about three minutes, no more, otherwise the shrimp will become 'rubbery').

- Cream 10%: 400 ml

Quickly stirring the cream to avoid lumps, we add starch. We remove the creamy shrimp sauce from the heat.
