Shrimp pasta in creamy sauce is a refined dish of European cuisine, combining tender royal shrimp, aromatic garlic, and ripe tomatoes. The recipe's origins trace back to traditional Italian pasta, where the creamy sauce adds tenderness and depth of flavor. The combination of seafood and cream creates a rich and intense taste with a slight sweetness. This dish is suitable for a romantic dinner or festive lunch. Served hot, it pairs best with a glass of white wine and fresh crispy baguette. It cooks quickly and easily, making it perfect for culinary enthusiasts who don't want to spend hours in the kitchen.

1
Put pasta to boil in a pot. I usually boil water in a kettle first (it's faster). Add a little salt so the pasta doesn't overcook. Boil until ready.
- Paste: 300 g
- Salt: to taste
2
Chop the garlic and sauté in a pan until golden brown. Keep the pan on medium heat at all times.
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Olive oil: to taste
3
Thaw the shrimp and place them in a pan. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- King Prawns: 1 kg
4
Chop the tomato and add it to the shrimp and garlic to stew. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Tomatoes: 300 g
5
