Pizza with pickled onions

Pizza with pickled onions is an amazing combination of soft dough, the spicy aroma of pickled onions, and the rich flavor of salami. This recipe is rooted in European culinary traditions where pizza has long been a symbol of simplicity and pleasure. The pickled onions add a gentle tang and a slightly sweet note that harmoniously complements the meaty taste of the sausage. The thin dough, made with love, becomes airy and crispy, while the mayonnaise lattice and melted cheese create an appetizing crust. This pizza is perfect for cozy home dinners or fun parties where every bite brings joy. It’s best served hot, complemented by fresh herbs and light vegetable salads.
