Pasta with seafood is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of seafood and creamy flavor. The origins of this recipe trace back to the coastal regions of Italy, where fresh seafood forms the basis of many traditional dishes. Spaghetti infused with the aroma of seafood and a light creamy sauce creates a harmony of flavors, complemented by the spiciness of garlic and the depth of soy sauce. Grated cheese adds completeness to the dish, highlighting its richness. This pasta is perfect for a romantic dinner or a cozy family gathering, bringing a sense of Mediterranean comfort and culinary elegance.

1
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot over high heat.
2
Add spaghetti to boiling water. Stir. Reduce heat.
- Spaghetti: 200 g
3
Place the seafood in the skillet. I sometimes take them frozen without thawing, but then I use a skillet with a thicker bottom.

4
Pour in the cream into the seafood while stirring. Reduce the heat.
- Cream: 200 g
5
After 5-7 minutes (the spaghetti should be al dente), drain the water from the spaghetti.
6
Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over the seafood.
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
7
Crush the garlic and add it to the seafood.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
8
Pour the spaghetti with seafood sauce. Cover with a lid and let it sit on the warm stove for 2 minutes.
