Pasta in vegetable sauce with mushrooms is a true delight for lovers of rich flavors and healthy dishes. This dish combines the traditions of Russian cuisine, where vegetables and mushrooms have always played an important role. Tender pasta absorbs the aromatic sauce made from broccoli, tomatoes, and garlic, while mushrooms add depth and richness to the flavor. Olives add a spicy note, and cheese completes the composition, turning the dish into a harmonious blend of textures and aromas. It is perfect for family dinners as well as special occasions, pleasing with its appetizing appearance and rich taste. Serving with dill and a slice of fresh tomato makes it even more appealing and fresh.

- Tomatoes: 200 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Olive oil: to taste
- Salt: to taste
