Melt butter in a pot.
- Butter: 20 g

We add sour cream. We salt and pepper.
- Sour cream 20%: 180 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Grate the parmesan on a coarse grater. Return the pot to the stove and stir in the parmesan into the sour cream with butter. When the cheese melts, remove the pot from heat and let it cool.
- Parmesan cheese: 200 g

Meanwhile, we cut the salmon into cubes and sauté it in olive oil with shrimp.
- Salmon: 250 g
- Small peeled boiled shrimps: 250 g
