First, we prepare the dough — it will be flaky. We take a bowl, add yeast, milk, and sugar, and mix everything with a whisk.
- Dry yeast: 6 g
- Milk: 0.7 glass
- Sugar: to taste

Then we add flour, eggs, and mix until a thick consistency.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Next, we roll the dough into a circle and brush 2/3 of it with oil using a pastry brush. Then we take one end of the circle and place it in the middle, followed by the other end, and roll it out again. We repeat the process 5 more times.
- Butter: 100 g

Then preheat the oven to 170–200 degrees.

After that, we take a baking tray and place parchment paper on it. Then we put the round-shaped dough on the tray.

We grease the dough with ketchup. We cut the salami into circles, tomatoes into cubes, peppers into rings, grate the cheese, and finely chop the dill.
- Ketchup: 0.5 glass
- Salami: 300 g
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Sweet pepper: 0.5 piece
- Cheese: 200 g
- Dill: 5 bunch

We place the ingredients on the dough in the following order: sausage, tomatoes, olives, pepper, cheese, dill.
- Salami: 300 g
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Pitted olives: 10 pieces
- Sweet pepper: 0.5 piece
- Cheese: 200 g
- Dill: 5 bunch
