First, we prepare the pancakes. For this, we beat the eggs with milk, then add flour, salt, and sugar. We finely chop the greens and add them to the pancake batter. We fry the pancakes in a heated pan on both sides. You will get about 5-6 pancakes.

- Wheat flour: 150 g

Slice the tomatoes into rounds, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, clean the mushrooms, slice them and lightly fry them with a bit of salt. If using garlic, press it through a garlic press.
