Yeast dough: thoroughly mix flour with yeast in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer (using the dough hook attachment) for a while on low speed, then on high speed for about 5 minutes until a smooth, homogeneous dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until noticeably increased. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat - about 200 degrees; air temperature - about 180 degrees).
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Dry yeast Dr.Oetker: to taste
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoon
- Water: 175 ml

Filling: wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin rounds. Cut the young goat cheese into about 20 rounds. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll into balls, and shape them into tongues about 5x12 cm with oiled hands. Arrange the tongues on a baking sheet. Fan out the tomato slices on top, and place 2 cheese rounds on each tongue, leaving the edges free. Season with salt, garlic, pepper, add a little olive oil, and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cherry tomatoes: 350 g
- Goat cheese: 150 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoon

Wash the basil, dry it, separate the leaves from the stem, and cut them into strips. Before serving, sprinkle the pizza with the sliced basil, parmesan, and pepper.
