Noodles (fettuccine) with tuna

Fettuccine with tuna is a delicate and hearty dish where Italian pasta meets a marine aroma. This harmony is inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions, where the simplicity of ingredients highlights their natural flavor. Tender pieces of tuna infused with garlic and onion aroma are complemented by ripe tomatoes, adding a slight tanginess to the dish. Olive oil softens the texture while fresh herbs add a touch of freshness. The finishing touch is grated Parmesan, which makes the flavor rich and deep. It’s best served hot with a glass of dry white wine to enhance its elegance. This dish is suitable for cozy home dinners as well as exquisite Italian-style dinners.
