Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté chopped sweet green pepper, onion, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.

- Green pepper: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Garlic feathers: 1 piece

Add flour and curry powder. Sauté for 2 minutes on low heat.

Add chopped tomatoes, peeled of seeds and skin, to the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth and sour cream and simmer until thickened.
- Chicken broth: 1 glass

Boil the chicken meat and cut it. Place it in a saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

While the sauce is being prepared, boil the penne pasta in 3 liters of salted water. Drain the water and place it on a serving dish.
