Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it smokes. Add sliced sausages and onion, and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.

- Smoked pork sausages: 400 g

- Garlic: 2 cloves

Add broth, tomatoes, cream, pasta, salt, and pepper and mix. Bring to a boil, cover the pan and reduce the heat to below medium. Simmer until the pasta is soft, about 15 minutes.
- Chicken broth: 2 glasss
- Canned tomatoes: 280 g
- Cream 30%: 0.5 glass
- Penne pasta: 230 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Remove the pan from the heat and mix in 0.5 cup of cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onion on top. Fry until the cheese melts to bubbles and a brown color.
