The crispy handmade dough pairs perfectly with a spicy sauce made from mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic, giving the pizza a rich flavor.

Clean the mushrooms and onion. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the fillet with salt, pepper, and seasoning until lightly golden (10-15 minutes on medium heat).
- Onion: 1 piece
- Champignons: 3 pieces
- Chicken breast fillet: 1 piece
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Mix of peppers: to taste
- Knorr Seasoning ""Homemade Shawarma"": to taste

Mix salt, flour, and yeast.

- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon

Mix 125 grams of warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Slowly pour water with oil into the dry mixture. Knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. Add flour if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball.

Place the dough ball in a bowl and coat it on all sides with a second tablespoon of olive oil.

Wrap the bowl of dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. The dough should increase at least 2 times.

After the dough has risen, it needs to be kneaded for 1-2 minutes. Roll it out with a rolling pin.

If desired, a neat circle can be cut from the dough.

Mix mayonnaise with pepper and ketchup. Squeeze garlic through a press. Mix everything well.
