Spaghetti with parmesan and jalapeño pepper is a vibrant blend of Italian sophistication and spicy temperament. A simple yet exquisite dish, it draws from Mediterranean culinary traditions where minimalism in flavor is valued. Tender spaghetti soaked in olive oil is enveloped in creamy parmesan, creating a harmony of softness and depth. The spiciness of jalapeño adds a bold note that awakens the taste buds. This dish is perfect for those wanting to experience the classic Italian gastronomy with an unexpected fiery twist. It pairs wonderfully with white wine or fresh vegetables, and its quick preparation makes it an excellent choice for an evening dinner.

1
Cook spaghetti in salted water. Drain the water.
- Spaghetti: 200 g
- Salt: to taste
2
While the spaghetti is hot, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil directly to the pot. Add 0.5 teaspoons of jalapeño (less for those who don't like spiciness, but more is fine too - it's a matter of taste). Gently mix with a wooden spatula for spaghetti. Leave covered for about 10 minutes.
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoon
- Dried Jalapeno Peppers: 0.5 teaspoon
3
Pour the remaining olive oil into the pan. Heat it up, add the spaghetti, and let them warm up. Gradually sprinkle in the parmesan while stirring the spaghetti vigorously. Once all the cheese is added, remove from heat immediately. Serve right away! You can also sprinkle more parmesan on top when serving, the amount of cheese depends on personal taste)))

- Grated Parmesan cheese: 150 g
