Add a little vegetable oil and pasta to salted boiling water. Cook according to the package instructions (on average, 6-8 minutes). Drain the water.

While the pasta is boiling, heat the milk in a small saucepan, but do not boil it.

In another pot, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, add flour. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a whisk. Add hot milk and cook for another 2 minutes.

- Wheat flour: 0.3 glass

Remove from heat, add cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well. Add the cooked pasta and mix again thoroughly. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Grated hard cheese: 3 glasss

- Ground nutmeg: 0.3 teaspoon

Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and mix it with the bread crumbs. Pour the mixture over the pasta.
