Meat lasagna is a classic Italian dish that combines tender layers of pasta with rich meat sauce and aromatic cheese. Its history traces back to the Emilia-Romagna region, where lasagna became a symbol of home comfort and traditional cuisine. In this recipe, the depth of flavor comes from the combination of ground beef, tomato sauce, cream, and parmesan, enhanced with spicy ginger. An amazing ingredient is vodka, which highlights the richness of the sauce. The layered structure of lasagna allows each piece to be perfectly infused with the aromas of the sauce and melted cheeses. This dish is a true celebration of flavors, suitable for cozy family dinners or festive occasions. It pairs wonderfully with a glass of red wine and fresh herbs like basil and oregano.
