15 minutes
Spaghetti Bolognese with ground beef is a true embodiment of Italian gastronomy, combining simplicity in preparation with rich flavor. Originating from Bologna, this recipe is a symphony of tastes: tender ground beef sautéed in olive oil with wine harmonizes beautifully with tomato sauce and aromatic spices. The al-dente spaghetti absorbs the rich sauce, while grated Parmesan adds an exquisite creaminess to the dish. Garnished with cherry blossoms, these spaghetti not only delight the palate but also impress visually. It’s the perfect dish for a cozy dinner infused with the spirit of Italy, where each ingredient plays its special role in creating a rich and balanced palette of flavors.

1
Boil the spaghetti until al dente.
- Spaghetti: 65 g
2
While the spaghetti is boiling, we sauté the minced meat in olive oil with wine, evaporating it.
- Ground beef: 50 g
- Olive oil: 10 ml
3
Add spaghetti, then sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork. Keep on the pan for 40-60 seconds. Twist with a fork and carefully transfer to a plate to maintain the volcano shape. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, but not all the way, and place them on top, flower side down.
