1
Beat the egg, milk, salt, sugar, and butter with a mixer. Add flour and yeast - mix again. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 300 ml
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Dry yeast: 1 tablespoon
2
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet greased with olive oil (or lined with parchment paper) (you can use two sheets if you want it thinner). Use a spoon greased with olive oil to spread the batter evenly (the batter will rise a bit during baking, so thin spots are not a problem).
- Olive oil: 100 ml
3
Evenly spread tomato paste (may add mayonnaise) on the dough, then add salami, tomatoes (preferably cut into rings or half-rings) and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
- Tomato paste: to taste
- Salami: 200 g
- Tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese: 300 g
