Sweet pizza with red currants is an exquisite dessert inspired by Italian traditions but with an unusual twist. Its base is airy yeast dough with a hint of sherry, while the filling is a delicate creamy custard with citrus notes. Red currants add a tangy acidity perfectly balanced by the sweetness of powdered sugar. This dessert combines softness, creaminess, and a crispy crust, creating a harmony of flavors. The pizza is served hot when the cream melts on the tongue or chilled for a more refreshing enjoyment. Perfect for cozy evenings or festive gatherings, it surprises guests with its unique combination of textures and aromas.
