Prepare the fresh dough in the usual way, cover it, and let it rest for 1 hour. Then roll out 2 flatbreads about 24 cm in diameter and place them in forms greased with olive oil.
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Rye flour: 75 g
- Wholemeal flour: 100 g
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
- Carbonated water: 75 ml
- Salt: to taste

For the filling, peel and slice the onions into thin rings. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper.

Wash the flesh, dry it, and cut into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut into 8 pieces.
