Peel the garlic and slice it into very thin pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add garlic. Cook, stirring, until golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel with a slotted spoon.

In the same pan, add finely chopped onion and cook for about 3-5 minutes until soft. Then add the raisin and cook for another minute.

In a pan with onions, add chard stems, water, and 0.75 teaspoons of salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until soft for about 5 minutes. Then add the chard leaves, cover again, and cook until soft for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until done. Drain the water, leaving 1 cup.
- Spaghetti: 450 g

Place the spaghetti in a pan and add chopped olives, 0.5 cup of spaghetti water, salt, and pepper. Add more water if necessary. Sprinkle with garlic chips and serve.
