60 minutes
This exquisite Italian pizza combines the freshness of arugula, the creamy tenderness of goat cheese, and the crunchy texture of walnuts. Its roots trace back to the gastronomic traditions of southern Italy, where light yet rich flavors are highly valued. Walnut oil adds warm, deeply aromatic notes to the dish, while balsamic vinegar completes the flavor palette with a refined acidity. This recipe is perfect for gourmets who appreciate harmony in textures and tastes.
