Sift the wheat flour into a bowl, add the coarse flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well, make a well in the center, and add 125 ml of water and yogurt. Mix well. Place on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Wheat flour: 125 g
- Wholemeal flour: 150 g
- Sugar: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Knead the dough and divide it into 4 portions. Roll each portion into circles with a diameter of 15 cm. Place on a baking sheet.

Mix tomato paste, minced garlic, oregano, and 1 tablespoon of water. Spread the sauce on the dough, top with chopped ham and grated mozzarella. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the pizza edges are golden. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
