Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the onion finely.
- Onion: 40 g

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Then add butter.

Add minced meat, onion, and garlic pressed through a garlic press, and mix.

Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, mix, and heat for 1 minute.

Pour in 70 ml of water, cover and simmer on low heat until all the liquid evaporates.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil with salt in the proportion of 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water.

Put wheat noodles in the pot and boil for 30 seconds.

Then drain the noodles in a colander and rinse quickly. Set the noodles aside.

Add wheat noodles to the minced meat, mix everything, remove from heat, and let it sit covered for 2 minutes.
