Its roots trace back to Mediterranean culinary traditions where simple ingredients and rich flavors intertwine harmoniously. The lamb soaked in tomato sauce with onions and garlic becomes incredibly tender, while the spaghetti baked under a golden cheese crust acquires an exquisite touch. This dish is perfect for family dinners or cozy evenings with a glass of red wine. Baking enhances the aromas, making each bite rich and melt-in-your-mouth. Greek cuisine is renowned for its ability to turn simple ingredients into gastronomic delights, and this recipe is a wonderful example of its magic.
