Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Soak the walnuts in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and peel. Place in a mortar or food processor with garlic and breadcrumbs and make a coarse paste. Add olive oil and continue until the sauce is smooth. Season to taste.
- Walnuts: 150 g
- Garlic: 60 g
- Olive oil: 100 ml

Boil the lasagna sheets in boiling water until almost cooked. Place a piece of butter at the bottom of the baking dish, then add a layer of sheets for the dish. Add some sauce, a bit of butter, and some parmesan. Repeat using all layers of dough, finishing with a layer of sauce, butter, and parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
